Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17734052xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with debt management - financial services, but also insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Fraud I am receiving calls from this number and then several times again throughout the day on 0208 but with a change in the remaining 7 numbers, I have answered the only twice and the man on the line says the name of the same company, I have demanded that they stop or I will report them but they still insist on calling again. When I called them about this number they said they had a special arrangement with the company who sent it and that I would not be charged.
