This was a recorded message saying that my National Insurance card had been used fraudulently.....It then asked me to press a number ........ I hung up

They just tried the scam on me. I asked where they were and they said London EC1A 7AJ but then gave me a Birmingham number to call!! Said I was busy & I d call them back in 5 minutes.

Tried to get me to admit my name and wanted to help with my computer that had been "sending signals" of errors. I asked how they could know that as I have no computer. ( A lie but then they lied) He hung up. Don t be fooled just hang up the phone!

This is Zurich Insurance.

When phoned back a message said the number was not in service. So either they don t want to accept calls, or they re spoofing the number in the first place.
