NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. The man said he was from the Anti Telemarketing Service in Cardiff (London no) and working with Landlines operators to stop unwanted calls, Indian call centres, international marketing, for a lifetime fee of £182.. I looked up the service...nothing on web. I don't believe it exists and thought it a scam but I cannot find a scam listing.
