Call center Automated call claiming I had suspicious activity on my bank account but went to an agent claiming they were from the FCA. The ombudsman have no reason to be directly looking at my bank account without the bank ever contacting me. Strange behaviour. Wanted me to spell my details back to him as if data gathering.

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
They are all part of these scam platforms, we were a group of people and had to file reports to chargebacksecured -.- com they also helped in recouping all of our investments and could not be more thankful.
How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. Potential Scam - I got a Whatsapp message from this number telling me they were looking to recruit me and that they got my number through LinkPoint (I had never signed up with them). On LinkPoint's website, it says not to respond to any Whatsapp messages as they are not from them.
