Scammers. I just hang up as soon as they ask "how are you today?"....unless i feel like having some fun, then i reel off a long list of issues, like "preposterous piles" or "cretinous constipation". Don t even have a Windows computer, but that doesn t stop them calling.

SCAM pretending to be Amazon UK about a large value order. I hadn't placed one. Was followed by an email with the same. I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to [email protected] . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.
SCAM: Fifth identical call today, once an hour, from different phone numbers (probably all spoofed) Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. My internet & line will be disconnected. Press 1 to speak to an ‘executive’ to rectify this.
Said they were national crime agency and my national insurance number was being use illegally wanted me to press 1 or l would be arrested

Got cold-called several times on my mobile by this number. Once I picked up it was a lady from sky trying to sell me some package. Not interested, I said. She kept calling several times.
