Just had a call from this number - really bad attitude - starts by asking lots of questions - don't be phased by these people they are not worth worrying about.

TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

Propa scam they dont transfer my call to any team leaders or manager but instead disconnects my calls 6 times.

Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. They should go round to there H.Q. and remove all there computors and call equipment and take them outside and drive a road roller over ot all and flaten it all.If they want to carry on they will need new equipment so that will help trade in IT equipment and keep on doing it till they stop pestering people at home who don,t want there calls.

Call from “John” claiming to be from BT Openreach regarding our internet connection. When asked how they got our number he promptly ended the call.

They called early this eve for the third time this week. Caller said "I m calling cos you had an industrial accident luv " to which I replied " no I haven t.... Luv" Unsurprisingly they called again an hour later. I am also on TOS.
