SPAM 07495977322. Comes up on this website as Russian Federation (Moscow, Scotland) - woman called me from this number insisting she’d had a missed call from me. Asking for my name. I didn’t give my name and told her I hadn’t called anyone and was busy in a meeting. She was quite aggressive. I hung up. She then texted me and asked who I was. I gave my first name and asked who she was. No reply.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Fraud, sending fake O2 messages with a fake website designed to steal peoples bank details. The message reads “ O2: We had trouble processing this months payment. To avoid network restrictions, please update your billing details via: https://billing-o2info-help.com” I’m not even on O2 lol pathetic!

SCAM Asian sounding woman said she was from Virgin Media - they see problems with my broadband. I had the same call yesterday from a different number. They cannot prove they are from Virgin and try to get you to do the ASSOC command or similar so they can prove they know what they're doing.
