No answer, called once and did not speak from an area not known to me
cold call and when i answered they hung up. when i rang back it was unobtainable
Called me at 06:39 on Saturday 17 December 2022, which was annoying. No-one on the other end. May just have been accidental or may have been something else.

Seems highly unlikely Visa would be calling me from a local area number. Do not respond. If you're at all concerned check with your bank.

Text job scam on Whatsapp. I never applied for such a thing. There was an “intern” copy pasting the job requirements. The job itself seemed too good to be true. I looked up the actual company said number was impersonating on Linkdin and the roles offered were for experienced workers (not trainees like the scammers said) and had roles for very specific areas of the uk. The scammer couldn't elaborate on where this “job” is based but it could miraculously work from home. They had very bad English grammar.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
This checking service seems useless. Entered 07800007512 but it then drops the first zero when you press enter, so no use as a checker.

Beware, this is a scam intending to defraud you of money. It was an automated message, informing me that gambling.com had taken £1,100.00 from my bank and Amazon had taken £300.00. I was supposed to press 1 to authorise the Amazon payment. I put the phone down.

A lady from (Dell??) or (Delta??) calling herself 'Norah Jones'. Asks me if I'm still working [place], if my email is still [email] and if I'm still [function]. Smh she does know some stuff about me. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy. Just got a phone call from this number at 10:24am, 26/4/2023 stating that there has been 2 "international transactions" over £700 this morning. Don't believe it one bit considering its from an EE provided phone number. It then says to press 1 to cancel the transaction. I didn't press anything and just left it then it hung up.
