Like other people who have commented on Tellows, the company ask "are you aware about the National Recycling Scheme for Doors and Windows, backed by the UK government". The staff are very rude and abusive. I have spoken to colleagues who have received similar calls from this company and there is no doubt about the fact that this is a total scam!!!
