Irish lad said he was calling about my frozen pension. i played along and made up stuff about a fictitious pension which he VERIFIED. When said I was just digging out the file to get the pension reference number he hung up, l am a pension administrator so can baffle them with terminology. Proves these calls are a scam.

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily.
