I got this text message "DPD: Package on hold please visit: https://dpd.rearrange-parcel-gb473931.com. To release your parcel today" I've not ordered anything - it asked me to put in my postcode and then the next screen was name and even more info - so its obviously a scam

Fraud Pretending to be from Paypal. Informing me my account was being accessed by a different device and account was now locked and with a login link attached. Deleted. Blocked. Checked Paypal accounts. They message me with a different number NOT a mobile number.
