Had my 8th call from these people today. am on TPS. I pointed out that I had asked for my number to be removed from their list on the first call. Asked for details so that I could take action against them. The caller Katherine said she didn t like being shouted at and hung up. Have made a complaint to the TPS

PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. Scammers based in Bath telling me I have won £500k in US lottery!!!! Didn t wait to hear the rest of their rubbish so hung up.
