Number given was( 0151) 3249961 but last number redial showed it was (0151) 3204455. Phoned trying to sell house insurance

Rang me, left a message saying I was facing legal action. I was then told, on ringing back that I needed my debit/credit card as I had overpaid my taxes to HMRC. When asked how I had overpaid, they tried to hustel me into giving my card number.
