Ring at all hours, always silence on the other end of the phone or hang up after a few rings. Its a premium number so I guess they are looking for people to call them back so that they can make money. Extremely persistent and annoying.

Everest double glazing marketing number. Maximum price for incompetently installed windows. I m getting really sick of these calls now. I am registered with TPS but am called both on my mobile and home number. I actually pressed 5 to speak with someone and she just put the phone down on me. How can these telesales people do this all day long - what a sad life...The TPS obviously has no power what-so-ever...
