I was up at 8:05 so would definitely have heard the doorbell if it had been rung. Why did the message take 2 1/2 hrs to be sent, I tried the link, but it doesn’t work. This call was a follow-up call from the Met Police after I reported a theft via their 101 non-emergency number. They repeated to me details from my 101 call, so I have no doubt it was the police. I imagine its unknown etc as it comes through their switchboard, I get the same when the wife rings me from work phone.

Just received a call. When I answered, a beeped sounded, an automatic voice said "goodbye" and the connection ended.
