SCAM Text message said to be from evri said my parcel had been returned to their branch due to a failed delivery attempt. Wanted me to click a link. I didn't click the link and have reported the text as a probable scam. I'm not expecting any parcel and, as I haven't left the house, they couldn't have a failed delivery.
SCAM posed as my daughter on WhatsApp and asked me to pay a bill. Very plausible but bank fraud team picked up on it thankfully

I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it? I did have one message left one day there was just a load of swearing going on in the background then it cut off.consider them Dangerous!

This and another similar number called my land line and I called the one above back, as I was waiting for a call, but there was no reply Within five minutes a foreign man called back and stated I had phoned him a few minutes before. When told I was responding to a call from him, he insisted I had called him an hour ago (impossible as no one was home), and his attitude changed to verging on verbally aggressive. I hung up. This is a fake number used by scammers to try to get personal information about you. They sound very official and scary, suggesting legal action against you. I inadvertently provided them with my name, National Insurance number and name of bank before I realised that it was a phishing attempt. The caller spoke with a slightly American accent. I tried to call the number back, but it's invalid.
