Cold call. I checked with my supplier Welsh Water who confirmed it was a genuine marketing call. I recommended to Welsh Water that their website should state that Accent make calls on their behalf. This is a scam number the called my uncle pretending to be from Amazon saying that they had taken £95 from his account by accident and if he gave them his details they would refund the money.
