Said they were phoning from Vodafone offering an Iphone14 for 35 pounds a month. Told them I had taken out a contract and asking if I wanted it for 2 months free free iPhone 14. Not a British accent and fast speaking. Quite pushy. Typical scam call just after your hard earned cash. Another number to block!

This number rang out on my phone three times before hanging up on 22/06/2022 .A similar number +94938528005 rang on my wife,s phone on the evening before and also hung up after three rings. It seems a bit suspicious to me.

As soon as you reach pension age, they're on to you claiming that you requested a pension check online (didn't happen) they tried to call my elderly mother claiming they could offer her a lump sum payment if only she would grant them access to the account. An Indian sounding gentleman on a very bad line, claimed to be calling me from Currys PCWorld with a promotion to upgrade my cellphone (his term) for no charge, could I just confirm what phone I currently had? As I do not have a mobile contract through Currys PCWorld I knew this was a scam call and hung up.
