SCAM Pretending to be the housing agency they have details about me and my property and I reported them. I don't know how they got my contact
I answered it sounds like a call centre then they put the phone down and try and ring on a number with the last numbers different.
Suspicious of this, texted a message about going camping and then on replying that it was a wrong number, attempted to learn details about me, blocked just in case.

Insurance Called from Direct Insurance about my kitchen appliances claiming that as I hadn't made a claim in over a year they could offer me a substantial discount on my renewal fee. The thing is, although I haven't claimed I am NOT insured with this company.
