someone called me claiming they were calling from citizens advice, and mentioned something about a government scheme on credit cards. I said I m not interested. that person was very rude by just hanging up without even saying goodbye. definitely a hoax call.

It's just an automated message from the Coop Bank to say there's insufficient funds in the account to cover something. It's legit - you're not asked to hand over any card details or anything like that. Perfectly safe.

Yet another 0161 814 ???? number calling about the accident. These companies all have the same list and know an awful lot about you. It's a shame the insurance companies sell personal info to companies like in this way.
I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.
