I received a miss call, when I called back, a voice message answered and it said thank you for registering and we will hold your number or something. They didn't identify themselves in the message.

This number was on an email purportedly from. Ebay...saying call if you think the information was incorrect. The info was wildly incorrect. Assuming this is some form of phishing phone scam as phone number does not appear on eBay website or registered to them publicly.

Fraud A well spoken man allegedly called "John" saying he understood I was the the homeowner which I declined to answer and started banging on about solar panels. Told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Like many other reports I am TPS registered, so if a genuine company they are breaking the law. If a scam, as I suspect it is, of course also illegal. Have NOTHING to do with this number and "company" !!
Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Well i haven`t even ordered any parcel. This is the second notice i have received over the last fortnight but i did ignore the first message. Everi is a parcel company in association with herms. Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

Calls from this number (and those ending with a few digits different) regularly received on office and home line. In all cases caller fails to leave message. If a return call is attempted the message is "number not recognised". A typical automated call centre - probably insulation scam or similar.

Received a test similar to other reviews about a Loan from Everyday Loans/George Banco/TrustTwo. However, it gave the correct reference number for the loan that I have with them included. Link included shows as a link to their legitimate website to a letter sent to former/current customers about them participating in a scheme to avoid the business going insolvent

Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

Automated message claiming to be from Amazon Prime about charging my renewal to a Visa credit card. Asked me to press 1 or 2 for customer services. I hung up and checked my Amazon account. My subscription doesn't expire until July and I don't have a Visa card registered with Amazon. Clearly a scam.
