Unfortunately I couldn't waste their time or find out what they want as I was in a hurry to go to work, but the voice I heard was an automated male voice, I couldn't understand much apart from "you have ~smth~ on your name", might have been "fine". This caller is New-Era Publishing, the publishing arm of The Church Of Scientology.
Said her name was Sandra Wilson and she worked for BT ( staff no MS7620) and that she represented BT who were taking the initiative because my broadband speed was slow and someone else was using my router. When I asked for identity, she gave me this number as ' BT London office'.
