UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. Block and ignore.

To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.

SCAM they want your sort code and bank account number to stop scam phone calls at a one off cost of £183:99, they call themselves DATA COMPLIANCE and give you a telephone number for Cardiff 0292 000 8716. They started getting very angry when i asked them to supply paperwork and she was shouting at me down the line....which was when i hung up.

Claiming to be BT, saying getting reports that my router/internet speed is not as it should be. Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. PPI scam - calls my mobile several times a day, everyday. They ask for me by name then go on about I am due a PPI refund. They change their number by 1 digit, but I have blocked all of them so far, so their calls are now auto-rejected. My dad is in a hospice now and only has a short time left, so every time my phone rings, I panic. I m sick of these harassing calls!
