As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. Surely the authorities can do something about this, or are the perpetrators so clever they cannot be traced? I hope they are, and that they will get their deserts for their criminal behaviour.

SCAM Avoid like the plague. left message saying your internet will be turned off within 24 to 48 hours, then to press 1 to speak to a technition. Glad i didnt as scam and scum who are doing this. Caller informed me they were from the UK Financial services and I was entitled to money from a loan I took out in 2006? When pressed on what bank they told me Lloyds and I've never had a loan or bank acc with them so they hung up!!! Could be a scam or just PPI.
