Did not connect when answered

This number calls every so often asking for Mark and also sends texts offering a free laptop. I tried telling them they had the wrong number before I found out it was a marketing ploy. Just tell them to f**k off now!

He then said I had a balance to pay on the account and would I like to pay by card. I had suspicions though and said I would do it online - he asked why, at which point I was really suspicious and called up Scottish Power who didn t know the number, and said my account was in credit.
