Told me their system was showing I had a flight delay in the last 6 years. This isnt true. I asked when the supposed flight delay was and she couldnt tell me. Was very polite but nevertheless an unsolicited nuisance call whilst I was at work.

Was called by this number early in the morning with an automated message regarding an Amazon Prime subscription I had not renewed and was going to be charged £95 because of this oversight. I could press one number to speak to an adviser and another to contest it. I did neither as it was clearly a scam. Interesting that this was a landline - it makes me wonder if they forgot to press 'number withheld'. Would think this could be investigated
have no idea how they got my number.
