After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

Claimed to be able to do home repairs free of charge. I told him the council do my repairs. He said they (council) are falling behind and would give a year's free rent if anything went wrong. When I told him that I would still have to go through council, he hung up.
Called to say as I had not claimed under my boiler insurance my premiums were being reduced. As I don’t have my boiler insured presume this is a scam.

SCAM Claiming to be EE international, never heard EE call them themselves before. Tried to offer me an amazing deal on a iPhone 4, a phone that came out 10 years ago. Coward from Leicester Kamran Qayyum. Talks big but sh!ts himself when confronted. There is no coward bigger than coward Kamran Qayyum. An embarrassment of a man. Last seen walking in Spinney Hill Park spying on young boys having a wee behind trees.
This is a number used by people dealing in so-called trading not recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They use false advertising incl. British celebrities to steal thousands of pounds from UK citizens. They are scammers to put it mildly and not to be trusted!!!

This is a scam recorded phone call saying it is from your bank (but not which one) and that you have 2 transactions on your card (does not say what card) and the usual press 1 or 2
A recorded message saying we have had money taken out of our bank account didn't say what bank obviously wanted our bank details.
