They use tons of VOIP numbers to run this scam and how it works is they sign you up to paying for these leads at say £50 or £100 per lead and of course you will never actually get it. SCAM!! Called saying someone was trying to buy an iPhone on my account. They sent me an Amazon authentication code and wanted me to tell them what it was! I think this is so they could gain access to my account. Very scary they could do this. I have now changed my Amazon login details!

Received 4 calls on my cell in Benelux within 2 minutes; this is part of a practise that started on 13/2: since then I received about 60 odd calls from similar +44 numbers. The first one or 2 I picked up and people claim I registered with credit card for online consultancy, related to financial investments. After that I categorically block all these calls. I can produce a list of these numbers
