This is a scam pretending to be an Amazon call centre as they had our email and then changed our Amazon account password, that generated an email to us with an OTD code. The scammer then wanted us to give him that code so they could take over the account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THAT CODE AND HANG UP THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER

Fraud - I think? This number rang my home landline (I couldn't reach it, I'm disabled). - I did 1471 + 3 - the number was dead. Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This number doesn't ring when dialed on landline or my mobile, (but rang me a good 1/2 minutes)? I checked & checked it again. - How's it possible? - Obviously some kind of "con", "scam" ?!

If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later, and usually using a different number! Automated call on 17th June 2022 saying from Scottish Gas. Can't remember what else it said but it said to Press 1. The minute I heard that I put the phone down. I am not with Scottish Gas anyway so presumed this is a scam call.

Missed the first bit but then mentioned magistrates court and taking it seriously and to talk to one of the officers dealing with the case press 1 - blocked!

Automated call this call was a recorded message saying about bank security and that transactions have taken place if its not the case to press either 1 or 2. I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. I received a text message from this number saying they were from evri and need to reschdule a delivery, yet the text was all different fonts and special characters

SCAM Text message said to be from evri said my parcel had been returned to their branch due to a failed delivery attempt. Wanted me to click a link. I didn't click the link and have reported the text as a probable scam. I'm not expecting any parcel and, as I haven't left the house, they couldn't have a failed delivery.

SCAM The caller said he was from O2. The number showed as coming from Bodmin. I asked him where he was. He replied, 'I'm in my office.' 'Where's your office?' I asked. 'London,' he said. Gotcha!

Silent call. Called me at 9:10 on a Saturday morning. I answered the call but it was silent and they hung up. It's likely automated 'robot' calls to test whether a phone number is in use/active.
