SCAM - poor line quality - said something about energy but they put the phone down when I asked them to repeat.
They said they were local authority and asked if I needed any repairs, any dampness etc. I asked who had contacted them and this did not make sense. I put the phone down on them. She gave me no information whatsoever and the background was silent.

Reschedule the delivery via: https://my-fedex-parcel-gb.com" - I have not ordered anything and the text was sent at 11pm and while I was home. I suspected a scam right away. On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.
