This number is a strange to me, was checking it on internet and found this page : http://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-As-You-Go/0345-450-0269-premium-rate-scam/td-p/262650 - so probably this number SHOULD be EE/Orange (mobile operator) but could a scam too, don't call them back and double-check all info when talking with them...
