This number has called me 5 times in the past 3 days and never leaves me a message. I've tried calling back and I got through to an american sounding switchboard, so I hung up straight away in case I was going to be charged for phoning the USA.

Indian man named “Luke watson” called and congratulated me on being accepted for a loan, then to ask for 1 monthly payment in advance, I put the phone down. I was then called by the same number, the same Indian voice, but this time claimed to be “Tony”...yup, Tony and Luke the Indian Englishmen, scamming thieving ****

Fraud I received the message from "Lloyds Bank" from this phone number that informs me I was successfully registered to an account.
Calls from this number (and those ending with a few digits different) regularly received on office and home line. In all cases caller fails to leave message. If a return call is attempted the message is "number not recognised". A typical automated call centre - probably insulation scam or similar.
