Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Do not call them back, whoever it is. This is a landline from Londo, I don't know the name of the company, but the number is used for scam call with offer or accident claims - they will contact you with story to fill some personal data and you will receive some money... But obviously this is just a scam... Block the number using some application for mobile phone.

Silent calls all the time
For the last week I have received calls from this number. Each time I have answered to have either an automated message played informing me to call them back or they have simply hung up. Today I answered to actually speak to a person, claiming that my bank could have "let me down" with insurance (basically, another PPI company). I told them to remove my number from the books completely and if they continue to call and harass me I ll be taking it further.

It seems that this number is associated with on-line scammers purporting to be from Microsoft in Reading. Um, a Glasgow number in reading, I don't think so! They become very abusive when contradicted or challenged. The latest representative called into question my lineage and suggested that I performed carnal acts with my mother. Slanderous in the extreme!
