I am so angry at these people. I am away on business and my phone is constantly ringing in meetings. I am out of the country and I think its urgent. Someone somewhere has to stop these people being like a bad smell that just does not go away. I have had 2 a day for the past week. They all should be stopped and closed down immediately. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. She looked up my details and said someone will call me tomorrow in office hours. She sounded pleasant - so - watch this space!!
