This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Rang me at 13.35 on 31st March 2023, I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number but checked it out ojnline. I am presuming it is a scam call
Young man went straight into reading a script about how insurance regulations have changed and they could save me money - he was very fast and unclear/mumbled speech. I asked him to take my number off their database and he was quite rude asking why I wouldn't want to save money. He finally just muttered something and then hung up.
