Claiming to be from virgin media and that they have been getting alerts from our hub and internet speed. Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!

This is a devious company called Customer Calls Ltd in London. If you search for Legal and General Insurance, you will find a site high in the search results that provides a premium rate number as a contact for Legal and General. They claim the number is cheap but it is not!! My wife was charged £16 for 13 minutes plus two text messages at £3 each to provide Legal and General's contact details that are readily available on the internet for free...AVOID!!!

SCAM Phone call from someone claiming to work for Carphone Warehouse offering new promotion where they can undercut my current phone deal with the same minutes, texts and data. When he asked how he knew what deal I was on and did he know who he was talking to he said no. I then advised him that he was in breach of GDPR/PECR rules by making an unsolicited marketing call to a number and person that he didn't know and did not have permission to contact (I work in compliance). He hung up pretty quickly

Called twice on a saturday evening so I don t believe it s the HMRC survey others say them claimed to be. I don t use voicemail & don t answer unknown numbers so I don t know what they wanted. However, when you google their number & this page & many similar come up, it proves it s clearly a nuisance call.
Keep getting calls from this number aswell, at least 2-3 calls most days. Answer it and no one there or just says hello and then hangs up!
