Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging. Rang 11 times yesterday. Called them back several time on Skype today (am working abroad and didn t take any of their calls). It s some agency of The Carphone Warehouse. Each time I press button 2 when it says do that to speak to an operator. Then after about 15 seconds of Chopin s "Minute Waltz" it says "Goodbye" and hangs up on me.
this people are telling you that you had a collision in the past 3 years..if you want to claim compensation...so basically is scam.
