Update to my previous comment: this is a company called Accenza who are apparently based in India, offering website design, and they target recent website registrants. They call via Skype from India and the number in London is just a front. I got this info from another monitoring website. I ve had my website for years, but just transferred the domain. I got a call from Jenny, who sounded like a Brit.
Cold caller claiming to have been informed I was in a car accident

Called on my mobile, automated voice saying they are from my bank but didn't mention Which one saying they'd noticed large amounts coming out of my visa account. As I don't have a visa card I knew It was a scam. It was quite believable though. I might have pressed 1 as instructed
