I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
