Received call on poor quality line from a company that sounded like "Forward Life" - despite number being registered with the TPS.

Several calls which if answered ring off a r/b states mailboxes are full and no account handlers available to respond meaning call cannot be actioned after which call disconnects.

Rang to ask for information relating to a policy i dont have. I hung up, they rang back where my 5 year old answered and yelled abuse down phone claiming to be cancelling my policy and hung up. Rang back and then 3 seperate people who knew my name answered and hung up. If its legit its totally unprofessional!! Dont answer!!

Well they got cut off - put my phone on "do not disturb" 24/7 and "allow calls from contacts" However if you do speak to them and if they ask about an accident best thing is to say "which car?" It gets them every time!

When I answer, they put the phone down, they never leave a message and when I called them back, I got an annoying automated message of the person on extension ..... I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.
