I did a survey with them. Was promised a free magazine, which never came! They still keep phoneing, but I ve stopped answering.

Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. No idea why they called me. I wouldn t offer my details to a random caller asking for them so they wouldn t say why they are calling. My advice is to challenge their claim who they are. Websites, letters and phone calls prove nothing. They ll soon go away if they re not getting anywhere.

was late answering so they d hung up but I didn t recognise the number so googled it. On reading comments here I added it to my reject list. If I m feeling particularly argumentative I ll answer but generally I don t bother if I don t recognise the number. If they were genuine they d leave a voicemail wouldn t they?
