Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! I have just called it back on my work land line (using 141), and received a message saying I was called today by their "Events Team", who will call me back! I have no idea who these are and no Company Name was provided. I am now adding this number to my Blocked list

Follow up call came from a mobile number with a restricted access after original contact came from above number. Wanting to discuss shares from a previous employer and an offer that was to be put forward by minor company shareholders.

I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.
