Scam artists

This company is calling any number it can to try and get people to claim for PPI. It calls numbers registered on the TPS and therefore I will be reporting them to Ofcom.

I was told that This is The Internet - my bank has mistakenly sent £600 to Western Union - press 1 for help...

Just received a call from this number now. A guy called James was the caller and said he was calling on behalf of my bank as I had apparently been in contact with them, which I haven t and he had my name also. It sounded like he was giggling and chuckling whilst he was reading out his spiel so I hung up. Will be keeping an eye out for this number calling again so I won t pick up.

It s frightening scam saying I ve committed tax fraud and owe them 2200 pounds. Pay now or face arrest court extra fees up to 29000 pounds. Identified himself as Ken Nolan with warrant number etc. Sounded foreign but convincing.

I believe this company is Harringtons Advisory ltd. PPI,Pensions,Accidents,Mortgages,debts, and other claims calls. I have found 67 phone numbers for them so far, and 35 of them end in 063. This company is under investigation by the Claims Management Regulator, but thats only for the PPI side of it. I have had nothing but hassle from this company. Called this number back and got a pre-recorded message saying I'm todays lucky winner of £1000 or an iPad at which point I hung up and blocked the number!

Constant calls over 2 days. Silence on answering.

Had a missed call on house phone from this number. When I rang it back there was a message saying "number no longer in use".

It seems these companies are only doing there targets, As the customer says yes (with OVR function) they just deduct the amount from your account Debit/Credit Card. The biggest fool part is that they are not with there words and for this they have to pay now. At this point when you want to talk again to them and call on those numbers it says number u dialed is not valid . It sucks now what to do i am really irritated. They deducted a handsome amount from my debit/credit amount. Before they said nothing

told caller they had wrong number so they called me a fucking arse hold told me i had wrong number and they called me, gave me such nasty abuse and laughing, it was a man and i heavly pregnant and called company back but a load of indian people who dont understand or very dodgy company
