I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Despite being ex-directory and TPS registered, these cold-callers had my name but were after more information, before they could tell me if I qualify for whatever they are peddling - spray foam insulation this time. Ended the call and reported them to TPS - I recommend anyone to do the same.

Person said they were ringing about the number of nuisance calls I’ve been receiving, I told him 3 times I hadn’t been receiving any (except for for him) he then hung up.
