I recieved a call which I missed off this number last week and got a call back today. I answered the call and all I got was 18 seconds of silence before I ended the call. If they re scammers you d think they d say something!

As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. Called asking to verify my name & address, they had both wrong, so then wanted my name & address. I asked why but this Indian or Pakistani kept waffling & would not say why, so I hung up. Next time I shall use a tuning fork over the ear piece, so it explodes his end!

Rang it back,rang but then stopped and went dead.Should imagine another scam,where they ring from a local number expecting you to answer it....

I do not have debt but these scum phone all times of day & evening refusing to take my number off their call list. It is just plain old harassment & they should be prosecuted for it.

Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

Missed call

Don't know who it is, but phone rang only a few times before hanging up, the immediately called my mobile number which was then marked as suspected Spam. Blocked the number on home phone and mobile.

Frequently have these calls from Asian sounding men and women who become quite aggressive when I ask why they are ringing, told them we have registered with the TPS and to take our number off their list but to no avail. This time I told them know one of that name at this address and they just asked if I was sure. Will be interesting to see if we get any more! Why hasn t someone tracked this number down and charged them with harassment calls?

I found this number on a gate leading to a transmitter mast installed by arqiva.com. the number also has some relations with the phone company O2
