You get taken to the standard Indian Scammers call centre lol They will ask if you have a iPhone or Android Phone and a laptop of computer, as they want you to download software to your phone and/or computer. Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
