Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

I got a call from this number today, 06/03/2023, from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, I was offered a 20% discount for the last 12 months of my contract. When they asked for my name and address I ended the call. They had a strong Indian accent. I contacted Vodafone who confirmed is was a fraud.

Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. If you answer "hello" or "anything else", the line will be logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll get called back later by a con-artist! I got a call from this number saying they were amazon and someone had purchase a £300 phone on my account. When I told him to cancel it he asked me to log on to my playstore account. When I said to him it was a scam and that I was not stupid he swore at me and ended the call

This is clearly a fraudulent call - advising that £900 was about to be charged to a debit/credit card!! They need to be exposed, so that they do NOT con someone!!
