This called sounded like a thread and SCAM. I believe pretending to be British Telecom. I am fed up with this

Claims to be gas electric etc definitely a scam and certainly they couldn’t tell me what the weather in Scotland was like despite it being a Glasgow number.

called me and they didnt speak, listened to some women talking in the background about adult toys and using foul language, eventually someone spoke asking if I had been receiving nuisance calls about car accidents - Exp i had and told her what I had just heard. It is a staffordshire number but the staff sound like they are from liverpool

This lady rang me up and asked how much money I was paying for the insurance on my kitchen. I d said I d check with my wife and said my goodbyes!
