They referred to me by name when I answered the call and asked if I had worked in industry in the past. As soon as I replied no , the woman said "ok then", and put the phone down. Block.

Not a scam at all. It is a Vodaphone number and they offered me a tablet, initially for just over £3 a week which immediately dropped to £10 per month when I declined. I still said no, but caller was polite and not aggressive or persistent. If they keep calling I ll revise this rating.

Just received a fake call (pre-recoded) claiming to be from HMRC! Claiming my mum was "going to get sued" and told her to call back on the following number; 0203 322 4298 it s not HMRC. I ve passed it onto HMRC IN London and to the local police and the Met Police Fraud Unit.
