A woman with a very foreign accent that I could barely understand, it sounded like she said she was calling from o2 but like I say could hardly understand her. I said I am not with o2 and will be reporting this call to the relevant authorities as it is an unsolicited call, she just said ok and bye.

Automated call Called by this number saying that this is a warning that some money will be taken from my account today. I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.

Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. Aggressive fraudster who is very persistent. The guy has just tried to con a 95-year old friend of mine to pay him £500 in order to unblock his computer / install security software. Caution!

Recorded message claiming to be from Bank Security about two large with drawls from my accounts. I have had the same call but from different numbers in the recent past. Complete and utter SCAM.
Male with indian accent claiming to be from BT but I'm not with them for my Internet! I hung up. I often will not answer but it was showing a local dialing code. Is this a clever way to gain your confidence or was it genuine? I'm not willing to take the risk.

SCAM Told me it was the royal mail and they wanted to send me an invoice for £1.55 for a packet with no postage. I asked how they got my number and they said the delivery office gave it to them. The supposed packet was in London and I am in Somerset. I called her bluff and said the delivery office did not have my number and she then hung up. They did not have an English accent.

The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing.
